Arthur T. Morin's Obituary
Londonderry, NH – Arthur T. Morin, 87 of Londonderry, NH, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Colonial Poplin Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Freemont, NH. He was the beloved husband of Beverly (Christison) Morin, to whom he was married for 67 years.
Born in Lawrence on May 5, 1934, he was the son of the late Joseph and Eliza (Cote) Morin. He graduated from Central Catholic High School, class of 1953 and proudly served his county in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Arthur worked as oil technician with Chapin, Kiley & Howe for over 30 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 25. Arthur loved socializing with family and friends and everyone loved him and his sense of humor. He also enjoyed playing cards, and he especially enjoyed traveling with his wife.
Arthur will be deeply missed by his daughter, Brenda F. Groves and her husband, Dana, of Manchester, NH; 4 grandchildren, Gina, TJ, Angela and her husband, John, Shanley and fiancé, Ryan; his great grandson, George; his sister, Pauline Bellarado of Salisbury; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by 2 sons, Ronald and Larry Morin.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Arthur’s life by gathering for his calling hours on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 10-11 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. His funeral service will take place at 11 AM on Thursday at the funeral home. His remains will be cremated after the services.
