Ann R Crimmings' Obituary
BRADFORD - Ann Lindsay (Renouf) Crimmings of Bradford, MA, age 82, passed away peacefully on May 16th, 2024.
Ann was born in the summer of 1941 on August 11th, to her late parents, Lindsay Renouf and Julia (Cogswell) Renouf of Bradford, MA.
After graduating from Haverhill High School, class of 1959, Ann continued her education and graduated from the Perry Normal School in 1963 before earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Boston State College in 1969.
Ann had an extensive list of experience in the teaching field after receiving her Massachusetts Teaching Certificate in 1971. She went on to work for the Bradford Cooperative Preschool, Moody School, and also enjoyed being a reading tutor for many years.
Ann married her late husband Raymond D. Crimmings at Bicknell Chapel, Bradford, MA, and the two enjoyed traveling across the world together as well as enjoying the simplicities of home life with their two dogs, Muffin and McTavish.
Those that knew Ann will remember her as a fantastic gift giver, tennis lover, and one to have a peculiar taste in words, as well as being one to cherish things close to her, and be an avid snoopy lover.
Ann was predeceased by her parents, husband, and her dearest friend Maureen (Reily) Ryan. She is survived by her lifelong friends and family, including Patrick Ryan of Bradford, MA, his daughters Erin and her husband Mark Rampulla, and their daughters Bree and Shaye Rampulla of Haverhill, MA, and Tara Ryan and her son Senan Byrne of Bradford, MA.
A private service will be held at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Haverhill, MA, in celebration of Ann’s life.
