Al and I started at NBSFS on the same day, back in 1998. What a pain he was. We were buddies from then on, but never spent enough time together out side of work together; which was probably good. He left an indelible mark on me, and I hope I on him. One of the few. SR Sopha
I had the pleasure of attending and graduating from grammar school with Albert. He was always funny and always smiling. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
My loving husband. 💞
Al you were the best. Kind, generous, and with that Lawrence tone that made everyone listen. You didn't sugar coat anything and that's why we loved you! You're one of the finest people I've ever met. RIP my friend...
I fondly remember Albert as a student at St Augustine School. I was happy to read what a wonderful positive impact he had on the lives of so many young people who needed guidance. My deepest condolences to his family, especially Sarah who was also one of my students.
Lisa and Sam, thinking of you. Enjoyed happy times with you all at the Anderson's.
Albert kept Caroline next to me (Little Wing) at IBH in the off season the past 5 years or so. He was a kind and generous Sailor and we shared many sailing stories over a beer at the end of a day of sanding and polishing. He was very brave to return from the Bermuda race alone or by weather this terrible cancer. I will think of him every time I drop my mooring line to head out. Fair winds and following seas my friend.
It has been my honor and pleasure to have worked with such a distinguished and kind human being. Sail on Al.
