I would like to extend my deepest gratitude on your services on all the preparations including cremation on my sister Shirley. Your staff communication was awesome. My husband Paul and myself enjoyed our tour with you of your funeral parlor and the history of the building was very interesting when we came in to do the paperwork. You and your wife Sabrina have such compassion for those in grief and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. When I arrived 3 ½ weeks after to receive my sisters Urn, I had the pleasure to talk with Andy, who is such an asset to your business for so many years. I enjoyed our conversation with him immensely. Our beautiful beloved mom passed away recently and while no one really expects their mom to pass, we were just lost and heartbroken. Mom passed on a holiday, so we weren't even sure if we could reach anyone that morning. We called the Methuen Family Funeral Home, they answered and said they would come out to the house within the hour. They arrived within a half hour of our call. They immediately offered their kind condolences for our loss and were very respectful in transferring our mom to the funeral home. The next day we met with Rob Chase, he immediately made us feel comfortable and with his great knowledge of the process, basically what was required and what was not, he assisted us through the whole process. There was absolutely no pressure at any time to include anything we didn't need or want. When we left his office we felt more like family, rather than just a business transaction. Over the next few days there was a few details of clothing, obituary and urn which was handled by Rob or Andy. Both would always ask how we were doing and if there was anything else they could do for us. The day of her mass, they handled everything beautifully and the mass thanks to Rob, was held in St. Augustine Chapel, which we know our mom certainly loved. Due to weather concerns we decided to wait until spring for the actual burial. Both Rob and Andy said to please call them when we are ready, they would be glad to make those arrangements for us at that time. Rob even called several days later to see how we were all doing. That personal touch really meant a whole lot to our family. As for the grounds and building inside, they are all beautifully maintained. *If we could give more than 5 stars, we certainly would, they deserve that and more. We certainly would not hesitate to recommend Rob Chase and his staff at the Methuen Family Funeral Home if you should find yourself in need of those services, they are the best. The Kennedy Family

The most important thing about a funeral home is knowing you can truly trust the people caring for your loved one. When my good friend passed away, Rob and Sabrina at Methuen Family Funeral Home were absolutely wonderful. They were compassionate, patient, and incredibly professional, guiding us through everything with genuine care and respect.
