As a first cousin quite a bit younger than Bernadette, I did not get to know her as well as I would have liked, but at family gatherings and events (which she attended faithfully!) I always looked forward to seeing her and talking with her because she was a kind, caring, thoughtful person. I will certainly miss her smiling, cheerful presence at any future family gatherings.

We were very sorry to hear of Bernie's passing. She was always such a delight to talk to with a very cheerful, positive disposition. Have many great memories through the years at family occasions of her caring selfless personality. She was a great hostess along with Chet at their home in Methuen at Christmas time one year that allowed us to visit with Aunt Dora. We know she missed her beloved husband Chet terribly these last few years and find comfort that they should be reunited! Cousin Bernie was a great example of a life well lived with a great legacy left behind in her large extended family. She will be
