Lionel R. Bedard Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Lionel R. Bedard age 79 of Methuen, MA, died Wednesday at the Wingate of Andover Nursing Home. Lionel was born and educated in Methuen, MA, where he was a lifelong resident. He was a retired fork lift operator for Malden Mills in Methuen, MA. He was a member of St. Monica?s Church in Methuen. Lionel enjoyed gardening and was an excellent bowler, and played in leagues at Park Place Lanes in Salem, NH. He was predeceased by his siblings: Jerry Bedard, Cecile Checovich, Fred Bedard, and Ida Harvey. He is survived by his siblings: Lillian Croteau of Whitefield, NH, Theresa and her husband Jerry Parent of Methuen, MA, Mary Jean and her husband Richard Peppin of Methuen, MA, and Robert and his wife Raisa Bedard of Florida, Sister in Law: Lillian Bedard of Methuen, MA, Several Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 12th from 7:30 -8:30 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St, Methuen, MA. A funeral Mass will follow at 9 AM at St. Monica?s Church, Methuen, MA. Burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence, MA. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one?s choice.
