Diana M. Smeesters Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

LAWRENCE ? Diana M. Smeesters age 52 died Friday December 1, 2006 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Born and eduated in Lawrence, MA, she attended Lawrence Schools and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. For many years she was a loan originator with the Arlington Trust Company in Lawrence and most recently with Banknorth in Haverhill. She was a strong supporter of the MSPCA, a member of the Lawrence Rod and Gun Club. She enjoyed going to yard sales and selling items on Ebay. She loved her parrots Tobey and Shadow, her dogs, and loved doing crosswords and poetry. She is survived by her mother Mary B. ( Jencius) Smeesters of Lawrence. MA. 2 sisters Shirley E. Cullen of Ellsworth, ME and Deborah J. Smeesters ? Prudhomme and her husband Paul R. of Dracut, MA. Diana was the daughter of the late Robert Smeesters and sister of the late Russell R. Smeesters. ARRANGEMENTS: Memorials can be made to the Leukemia Society, Massachusetts Chapter 495 Old Connecticut Path Suite 220 Framingham, MA 01701. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00p.m. ? 8:00p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Mary?s Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
