Concetta Augeri Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Methuen, MA ? Concetta ?Connie? (Neve) Augeri 98, of Methuen died peacefully Sunday December 16th, 2012 at the Whitter Rehab Hospital in Haverhill,MA. Connie was the daughter of the late Antimo and Rose (Angelone) Neve, born In Lawrence on March 14th, 1914, but was raised in Italy before coming to Methuen. She was educated in Lawrence and worked at Grecio Brothers for 35 years as a seamstress and sticher. Connie loved to cook, sew, travel and spend time with her large family and her many friends. She predeceased by her devoted husband Sebastian ?Jerry? Augeri, her son Richard and his wife Elaine Augeri. She is survived by son Louis A and his wife Marjorie Augeri of Methuen. Sisters Geraldine Azzarito of Atkinson, NH, Rosalie Carsanaro of Methuen, Brothers Arthur Neve and his wife Elaine and Rudolph and his wife Josephine Neve all of Methuen. Grandchildren, Gerald and his wife Michelle Augeri of Andover, Lisa and her husband Paul Long of Methuen, Maria Augeri and her companion James Denoncourt of Methuen, Tara and her husband Chris Montebault of North Dartmouth, MA, Richard and his wife Ana Maria Augeri of Malden, MA. Great grandchildren Erica, Kayla, Jake Getchell, Gianna, Brittney, Kyle Domek, Bianca and Sofia Augeri and Gabriel and Aiden Montebault, Great Great Grandchildren Luke Butot , Mylee Gaumond. Two sisters-in law, Aileen Neve and Cindy Goult. Predeceased by her sister Eleanor Cardone and brothers Roland , Anthony and Eugene Neve. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701. Visiting hours for family friends will be held on Friday from 9:00a.m. ? 12:00p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:30p.m. in St. Lucy?s Church in Methuen, MA.
